About the Gallery Space
68 Park Place, East Hampton NY 11932
Vered Gallery was located in the ally building (across from the movie theater) in East Hampton from 1978 to 2014. This 1,800 square foot space was home to a diverse, ever changing variety of artwork. The events ranged from charity fundraisers, to solo exhibitions, to art auctions and group shows.

"For some, the dog days of summer have arrived. Asked to design a doghouse to benefit the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons' People United With Pets program, which cares for pets of terminally ill people, Jaquelin T. Robertson, the Manhattan architect, puzzled, "What do dogs want?" He came up with "Hotel D" (top), a replica of a pavilion designed by Thomas Jefferson. It and 21 other houses will be on view at Vered Gallery, at 68 Park Place Passage in East Hampton, L.I., on Saturday from 9 P.M. to midnight, continuing through Aug. 2. They will be auctioned in Manhattan in the fall."

Vered has actively participated in the time-honored East End tradition for over three decades.
